He doesn't have googley eyes because I think that would make him look like a joke xD Anyway, you have to admit, the little black circles as eyes look ten times better... (Maybe that sort of thing would make Buckbeak look better than he does right now...)

His feet may look ridiculous, but they provide great support for him to stand up. (He can stand completely on his own! With only two legs! It's a miracle!)

You can't really see the full wings from this angle, but they ...look great. Haha, they really do. They're made from six alternating "blobs" of paper, fringed to make a feathery sort of look; then underneath them are nine strips of paper to indicate the larger feathers.
The hair and tail are made from 1/2 inch strips being fringed lengthwise.
